We continue to exist because of the nourishment provided by the beings around us. Intaking food and having the food turn into our cells and tissues is a remarkable experience. We give back to the vegetation around us by breathing out CO2 and moisture. In this way we are feeding each other. During our time together in the woods we will reflect on the web of life and how profound insights can come from observing nature.
