This class blends the best of both worlds to maximize your time for a total mind, body & soul workout.
We'll begin class with a 20 minute low-impact, mat pilates set to really warm up the major muscle groups, particularly the core so that we can transition into a powerful 20 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuit. We''ll finish with a gentle cool down to bring the body back to its normal resting state.
