- **Event Description**: In light of the current threat of ICE and federal agent activity against our migrant and international communities throughout the state of Minnesota, the Twin Ports Rapid Response Team will hold a press conference on Thursday, December 18,2025, 12-12:30pm at the Duluth Civic Center, Priley Dr. (intersection of 1st St and 5th Ave W.) in front of the soldiers and sailors statue.
We plan to publically announce the Rapid Response Team, explain the purpose of the constitutional observer role, announce the hotline number to call, and to encourage our Duluth community to join us in creating a strong safety net around our migrant and international neighbors and friends. We will have contact information available. Please join us.
