A modern twist on yoga that uses dynamic movement to increase joint mobility and muscle strength and in a fun and inclusive way. This class is great for you if you’re not-so-mobile/flexible OR if you are hyper mobile/flexible! A lot of the poses are simple, yet shockingly challenging (in a good way).

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (a few extras will be available), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing you can move in.

Meet Your Instructor
Cooper Orla has been practicing yoga since childhood, cultivating a lifelong connection to mindful movement and breath. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional specialized training in prenatal yoga, and brings a grounding, inclusive approach to every class she leads.
