During this 30–35 minute drop-in session, participants simply listen while seated or reclining in silence. You may notice new sounds, unexpected sensations, or a deep sense of stillness as you settle into the experience. No experience is necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself time to rest.

Alexis J. Scarbro is a sound bath practitioner with four years of experience, an ordained minister since 2020, and an artist with a deep love of the natural world. Alexis creates welcoming, restorative spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the calming qualities of sound.
