Celebrate the close of Duluth’s Art Month with a magical Lantern Parade! Bring your creativity and light up the night as we transform Downtown Duluth into a glowing, colorful spectacle.

Activities (5–9 PM):
Enjoy live music, giant bubbles, face painting, and themed characters throughout Downtown Duluth.

Make Your Lantern (6-8 PM or While Supplies Last):
Stop by the Town Green tent between to create your own lantern for the parade. Materials and guidance will be provided—perfect for all ages!

DFAL Art Show (6-8 PM)
Be sure to visit Parsons Alley where the DFAL Art Walk will transform Parsons Alley into a lively open-air gallery with local artists, live art demos, music, and unique treasures. It’s a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and downtown Duluth.

Parade:
Gather at the fountain at 9:00 PM to begin the glowing procession through Downtown Duluth. Along the way, enjoy live music, giant bubbles, face painting, and visits from themed characters. This year’s parade theme is Ocean Glow—a dazzling celebration of light and color.
