Prizes for finishing teams will be drawn at random and awards for the top three teams will be given at the end of the evening. All teams get to keep their competition puzzle. Once you have completed your puzzle, you may leave, or stay and work on another puzzle.

$40 per team; you may have up to 4 people per team. 

Doors open at 5 p.m.

5-6 p.m. Casual Puzzling/Warm-up
6-8 p.m. 500-piece Puzzle Competition 
All puzzling will conclude at 7:50 p.m. when awards will take place.

RULES:
• Each team may consist of 1-4 people, and all teams will receive the same puzzle
• Puzzles will remain covered/upside down until the clock is started; early starts will lead to disqualification
• You may bring and use sorting trays, however you may not use tools to move pieces (ie: spatulas)
• One independent tabletop low light source is allowed. It must be battery operated, fixed in place, and cannot be a phone or headlamp. It cannot interfere with or shine on another team's puzzle or table. No corded or floor lamps allowed.
• You are not allowed to distract or interfere with other teams
• Teams get to keep their puzzles! Contest puzzles become the property of each team.
• Judges will monitor puzzle play. If a team is near completion without a judge nearby, raise a hand to call attention. 

PUZZLE SWAP TABLE
Bring puzzles to swap with others! Puzzles with 300-2,000 pieces are welcome. Avoid bringing puzzles with missing pieces. Pieces should go in a bag within each box, or have tape/rubber band around the box to hold together.
