This is Mama's Sunday morning out!
First we Hustle with a good interval class meant for all fitness levels, with modification and intensifiers for each move! We have class outside in the beautiful covered pergola at Ursa Minor.

They have heaters if we need them (fingers crossed we don't), and we are blocked enough from the sun to stay comfortable.

THEN, we hop . . . okay we drink beer and cider (non alcoholic options always available).
