Eating Disorder Educational Night: Roundtable & Resource Night

NAMI Duluth presents Eating Disorder Educational Nights 2026. Each educational night is FREE and open to the public. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to learn about eating disorders and recovery. Participants will explore how eating disorders develop, how they impact mental and physical health, and what recovery can look like beyond food and weight. The focus is on education, understanding, and reducing shame and stigma. This group is educational in nature and is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. This group is for gaining awareness, knowledge and resources.

WHEN: First Tuesday of every month (starting March 3rd, 2026)

TIME: 5:30pm-7:00 pm

LOCATION: 2900 Piedmont Ave, Duluth, MN 55811 (Residential Services Inc. Office). Free parking and on the DTA bus line.

REGISTRATION: No need to register. Join us as you can.

COST: Free

This event is a roundtable and resource night including Charlie Health, Firefly Mental Health, Eunoia Therapy and more.
