Duluth 101: "Beyond Bentleyville" with Luke Moravec

The December edition of Duluth 101 features a seasonally inspired presentation by Luke Moravec titled "Beyond Bentleyville". Bentleyville may be the centerpiece to the Christmas City of the North, but celebrating the holidays in Duluth is a community effort. Hear about the history and details behind many of the seasonal happenings that fill up local events calendars throughout December every year. From the tried and true, to the holly and jolly, to the completely obscure, Luke Moravec takes a magnifying glass to Christmas time in the Northland. Free event!

About our presenter: Luke Moravec is a Duluth resident known for his exploits in the band Zeb or Zeke and the Run Away Screamings, and as the author of "The Christmas City Express" and "Ghost Town Run". He's been seen in dozens of area theater productions include "String" last year at Zeigeist. He's a trivia host, frequent Nerd Nite presenter, the morning show host on The North 103.3, a creator of escape rooms, and an orange belt in karate.
