Summer Harvest Wine Dinner with ShadowBuck Winery & Farm

Part of the Bistro 1907 Table Series, this dining experience crafted by Chef Myron Ochaeta spotlights ShadowBuck Winery & Farm’s star ingredients: estate-grown, small-batch wines and locally-raised lamb.

The evening begins with a roaming welcome featuring sparkling wine and seasonal bites, followed by a four-course seated dinner served outdoors. Each course is thoughtfully paired to complement ShadowBuck’s expressive wines and the late-summer bounty of the region.
