Mind It Group. - Let Them Theory.

This weeks session will be based around the 'Let Them' theory by Mel Robbins.
As a group we look at many concepts that we can use to support our mental health and wellbeing.
The Let Them theory is a mindset tool that teaches you to accept what you cannot control.
The aim is to reduce stress and reclaim your personal power.
It involves shifting your focus which in turn leads to a sense of peace and empowerment.
