Happy Holidays, Mini Yogis! Join Miss Molly for a fun and creative workshop that blends festive cheer with mindful movement.

We’ll celebrate the season, the solstice, and the spirit of giving as we flow through a yoga-inspired version of the classic “12 Days of Christmas” song!

Kids will enjoy:
• Creative Movement: Yoga poses and sequences inspired by the lyrics
• Mindful Music: Rhythm and story-based activities to build focus
• Festive Fun: Cooperative games and playful holiday-themed activities

They’ll also create their own eye pillow for “Yoga Naps” (Savasana) and take home practice cards to support mindfulness all season long.

Parents/guardians: Please plan for prompt drop-off and pick-up to give our young yogis space to connect and grow together.
