Join us for StrollerK — a not-race designed for moms who want fresh air, movement, connection, and community.
We’ll kick off the morning with Coffee-dration brought to you by Goose & Giggles Play Cafe, followed by a pelvic floor and core-focused standing warm-up led by Dr. Leslie of Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy. You’ll also get a babywearing demo by Jenna of Grounded Roots OT, a certified babywearing specialist to help you feel confident and supported on your walk.
Then we stroll — together. No timing chips. No pressure. Just moms moving their bodies and building their village.
