Who: All females who would like to become runners, want to stay healthy while running or who would like to improve their running abilities!
Where: Merge Performance Institute, 2300 John F Kennedy Rd Dubuque, IA 
When: June 13, 8-10 am for the workshop followed by a fun run
Cost: $20 per person includes handouts and a goody bag
