Rise and Bloom is a five-step program designed for individuals seeking greater inner alignment. Through this program, participants will learn to prioritize themselves over external influences, cultivate optimism, build somatic awareness, strengthen their sense of empowerment, and gain the tools needed to intentionally create their desired outcomes.

Brenda Summers-Kurt is an educator and a complex trauma survivor who has transformed her lived experience into a purposeful and empowering mission. Drawing on her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership, and her background in psychology education, she developed a supplemental program designed to support trauma survivors and individuals seeking to live with greater authenticity and inner alignment. Through her work, Brenda integrates trauma-informed insight with evidence-based educational practice, helping others heal, grow, and lead from the inside out.
