Please join members of the House Education Committee at our stop in Dubuque at the Carnegie-Stout Library's auditorium at 2pm, along our Education Listening Tour! We want to hear directly from Iowans in the education profession – teachers, paraeducators, associates, administrators, and school board members – as well as parents, students, and interested community members, about the status of education in your community and school districts. Our goal is to get YOUR ideas, born from experience, on how we achieve our north star, which is to get Iowa back to being #1. This takes a new focus on working from a very different education landscape than what we had even just five years ago. We will be coming with questions, so please come ready to discuss what is working well and where you think change is needed.
