Community Acupuncture

Community acupuncture allows for individualized treatment in a common treatment area. Share the healing space with others in a relaxed community environment. Each participant will receive a 30- to 45-minute acupuncture treatment while comfortably relaxed on a reclining chair. Only areas below the knees and elbows are commonly needled. You will be asked to fill out a brief health history form before the first appointment, so please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

*Advanced registration is required as appointments are limited. Register on Mindbody or by calling 563-207-8932. Individual appointments for Acupuncture are also available weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Ashley Straka, M.Ac, L.Ac, L.M.T, is a licensed acupuncturist and a specialist in the treatment of women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, and pain. Ashley takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of hormone imbalances, anxiety, and acute/chronic pain.
