Unwind and restore with this deeply nourishing collaboration featuring Meghan Smith and Molly Schreiber.

The journey begins with a 40-minute Slow Flow yoga practice designed to ground the body and quiet the mind. As you move mindfully, certified Reiki practitioner Meghan will offer intuitive, hands-on Reiki throughout the room—helping dissolve energetic blocks, deepen relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing process.

From there, melt into a restorative Sound Healing immersion. Certified Sound Healer Molly will fill the space with therapeutic vibrations from crystal bowls and other resonant instruments, guiding you into profound calm and vibrational renewal.

This experience weaves together movement, energy healing, and sound to leave you feeling balanced, restored, and deeply connected.
