Unwind and restore with a special collaboration featuring Meghan Smith and Molly Schreiber. Settle into a 40-minute Slow Flow to ground your body and quiet your mind while Reiki Practitioner Meghan offers hands-on energetic support to deepen your relaxation and healing.

The experience concludes with a restorative Sound Healing session led by Sound Healer Molly, using crystal bowls and other soothing instruments to guide you into a state of deep calm.
