Over 4 consecutive weeks, youโll immerse yourself in a steady rhythm of practice with a mix of ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐-๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ (self-paced with individual guidance) and ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ (moving together with breath and count).
