Join Trainer Becki Neidens for a Boot Camp-inspired class!
Modifications can be made to match your fitness level.
Becki has a BS in Exercise Physiology and is certified as both a Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Coach through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
Her Boot Camp will be a fun mix of strength training, functional fitness, and mobility exercises.
