In this workshop, you will learn the physiological response in the body that causes anxiety, and learn ways to manage it through breathing, yoga and meditation techniques. You will walk away feeling calmer, with a toolbelt of inner resources to help you in your daily life.
Anxiety is something that is discussed more and more in daily life, as we are all living in an environment of constant stimulation and immediacy. This is not the environment our bodies and minds were built for, so in order to thrive in this environment, we need to develop strategies and habits that support our inner workings and change our relationship to our stress response.
This workshop will be a safe, fun learning space to explore the reactions of your mind and body to the world around you - I love these techniques and use some of them daily and they have transformed my relationship to anxiety.
