- **Event Description**: Summer is starting to come to an end, so let's gather together for a Saturday morning of Yoga, cacao & step outside of & into the Irish seaAbout this EventThe summer is coming to an end, so let's gather together for envigorating morning of Yoga, cacao & step outside of our comfort zone and jump into the cold Irish sea.Join us at 10am close to Seapoint (exact location will be emailed 2 days before) for:- 60 minute Yoga Stretch & Cacao Meditation followed by a refreshing sea swim under the glow of the full moon, with time to chat and relax afterwards.Time will be given to set intentions, journal & let go of anything not serving us while being out in the middle of beautiful nature. Event usually lasts approx 90 minutes, (you can stay as long as you want in the sea)Feel renewed and revitalised as we encourage, support & motivate each other to jump into the Irish sea.All welcome with or without wetsuits, those experienced and those wanting to try for the first time!Bring warm clothes, your own yoga mat and a warm drink for after the swim.You will receive an email the day before the event with details on the meeting point, carpark and getting there.Sign up and we will keep you updates on weather and tide conditions (the times may vary closer to the time& weather dependent).Event Only €15
