Yoga & Sustainability Workshop with Niamh Pollins
As we approach the busy Christmas period I have decided to put together another of the Yoga & Sustainability workshops. This holiday inspired workshop will focus on reducing waste around the Christmas period. Christmas is a time of giving and receiving, the gifts you receive are a token of friendships and love, re purposing gifts is a way of reducing costs and waste! Have a look around your space and bring items with you on the day that can be re purposed as a gift for another. In keeping with the previous workshop there will also be a winter clothes swap! Bring as many winter clothing items as you want (minimum 3), that are just not getting the wear they deserve, all items that are not swapped on the day will be given to a local charity!
The workshop will consist of a 90 min class. This class will focus on detoxing the body and mind before the busy Christmas period, allowing students to take away simple home practices that can help body and mind through the busy period!
Please allow yourself 2 hours for this workshop, a 90 min class followed by a clothes and gift swap (homemade snacks and Kombucha will be included) please get in contact if you have a nut allergy! Really looking forward to sharing this workshop with you all! Places are limited so please book in advance. The cost of the workshop is €30, but if you cannot afford the full amount please get in touch and we can figure something out!
*This is a non-heated class.
