Yin & Essential Oils
In this workshop we will work with a series of poses to help enhance the free flow of energy through the body.
These long held poses will involve gentle backbends, twists and forward bends which will help stimulate free flowing Qi with the added benefit of enhancing our flexibility, especially in the lower back and hamstrings.
During our poses we will focus on releasing tension in the body and breath awareness as we breathe in the selected oils to create the balance we seek in our practice today..
Taught by Caroline Downey & Olwyn Kearns, with over 20 years experience combined.
