Circles are simply spaces where women can gather together in a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere in the mood of sisterhood. It’s a space to share, learn from one another, have fun, respect one another and feel free to be yourself.

A typical circle usually starts with some centering practice and check ins with our little tribe. Each circle has a theme and depending on the theme we will be exploring different activities ie. relaxation practices, simple art based activities, singing (you don’t have to be a singer:), dancing (you don’t have to be a dancer:) and any other meaningful activity to inspire each other, help us feel more connected, at ease and feel that we are part of supportive community of other women.
