Sarah Grogan and Chris Magee return to teach a weekend of 4 fun workshops together here at Yoga Hub. They will co-teach a Vinyasa Masterclass on Friday evening, Sarah will take the lead with an energetic Rocket session on Saturday morning followed by a ‘Hips & Hearts’ Backbend workshop on Saturday afternoon, and Chris will flow through the wonderful world of arm balances on Sunday morning

Your Weekend Starts Here - Vinyasa Masterclass - Friday Evening - 18.30 - 20.15
Join Sarah and Chris for a fun and challenging flow class. For 1 hour 45mins you will be sweating, smiling and moving deeper into all aspects of your practice. Working with inversions, arm balances, and lots of fun transitions, there will be plenty to play with for all!

Let’s Rocket! - Rocket Masterclass - Saturday Morning - 10 - 11.45am
Sarah comes back at Yoga Hub to teach a Rocket Yoga Masterclass. Rocket has taken the London Yoga community by storm. Based off the Ashtanga, the sequence is dynamic and challenging; yet playful. The flow builds in a number of inversions, fun arm balances and challenging transitions. The energising nature of this practice often proves to be love at first sight for many who try it. It’s called Rocket because “ it gets you there faster”.

In this session Sarah will teach a full Rocket sequence, taking some time to break down those tough arm balances and transitions. Come along and fall in love with The Rocket as Sarah has. It’s an all levels class, so there will be variations for everyone. Just remember, as Larry Schultz, the creator of Rocket Yoga, best put it, ‘You are stronger than you think you are’.

Hips & Hearts - Backbends Workshop - Saturday Afternoon - 13.00 - 15.00

2 hours with Sarah, opening up the hips and the heartspace, preparing the body for deeper backbends. Understanding the energetic connections between the two parts of the body, and how unlocking both has the power to open us up more than just physically. This is an all levels workshop, so there will be variations for everyone.

Arm Balancing Fun! - Sunday Morning - 10.30 - 12.30

Join Chris as we flow through the wonderful world of arm balances! This workshop will be a mix of flow, skills and drills - all with aim of giving you some fun new tricks to be able to take back and add into your regular yoga practice! Plenty of stuff for everyone to work on, so all levels are welcome. ( however, it is recommended to practice doing 10 chaturangas a day (knees down is okay!) to make sure you will get the most from the workshop)
