Yoga for Men:
This class is designed with men in mind. A 90-minute class focusing on hips and shoulders, introducing techniques to both get you started in your journey and to deepen your practice.
After a warm up we will discuss some of the challenges men have both in their physical and mental lives. Then address these through a customised flow practice designed to hit key areas of tightness associated with the male physique. There will also be some inversion practice and we will end with a cool down and meditation. This class is open to both beginners and those with experience so it's the perfect opportunity to come try out yoga or bring a friend.
Warrior Yoga XL:
Doug Robson is back in Dublin to share his signature class, Warrior Yoga in this new 2 hour special. Drawing from his experience training and performing as a stuntman and his love for Yoga Doug has taken elements of Yoga, Mauy Thai, Kung fu, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to come up with a fresh and exciting new style of yoga? Combining martial arts strikes and forms with traditional yoga poses done in a Vinyasa style, this workshop will empower you and introduce you to new ways of moving, with grace and power. Class will begin by breaking down the movements into their most basic form and building on each previous flow until the entire flow or kata is known. Students will then be given the opportunity to hone their new found skill under guidance. No previous experience in either discipline is necessary and options are always given to cater to all levels. So sign up now and try something new!
Ever wanted to hang out in handstand? Float into Fore-armstand? Cruise into Crane? Hover into Headstand? This is your chance. A workshop to help you start or further your inversion journey. Starting from the most basic inversion and working our way up to handstand. Breaking down the poses and sharing tricks that can help get you up or get more consistent in your balance. With a focus on play and staying safe Doug will provide various options to take the fear out and put the fun back into being upside down.
