The YOGA Course
The movement is slow, deliberate and organic. The environment is super nourishing and supportive. We will sweat, laugh and dig deep, all in an attempt to live life more fully.
This course is designed to help you grow your practice with consistency and under close guidance. Each week builds on the previous experiences. Themes, sequences and overall structure are all created with the intention to help you discover ways of moving that not only are well aligned but also feel really good in the body. It's about staying curious and present in movement so your practice can become more graceful, smooth and fluid. It is as much physical training as it is mindful and meditative.
