The 5,000 - 7,000 Calorie Challenge
This event on 19th May, will kick off at midnight with a bodyblast class. From then the day starts at 8am with a variety of gym classes throughout the day and a hike/walk in the afternoon, the day will wrap up with another gym session around 5.30 this session will be when we help everyone get to their calorie goal.
