Suppleness
1: able to move and bend your body very easily and in a graceful way;
2: readily adaptable or responsive to new situations.
This 4 week Yoga practice series will focus on cultivating the quality of suppleness in body, mind, and attitude. Expect deep stretching, resistance work, and repetition to increase flexibility. Classes are mixed level and variations will be given. Course participants will have access to the recordings of the classes.
