Join us this Sunday for a metabolic conditioning sweat with Tara.
This is a high intensity interval type class to get you off to a sweaty start in January. The class will consist of a combination of functional bodyweight resistance exercises and cardio that will elevate your heart rate.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels as everything can be done at your own pace and will include alternatives for any exercises necessary. It will be fun, energized and will get us off to a sweaty start to 2020.
Mats and moves provided, please bring along your own towel and water.
Please note that this class runs on a first come first served basis and sign-up does not guarantee a spot.
Meet us at the main door of Brown Thomas at 9:45am to get you signed up and on to your mat. Doors close at 10am sharp.
