Hi there folks, 

I hope this finds you well. 

I'm arranging a charity cycle on 8-9 May from Dublin to Galway - all funds raised will be split between Pieta and the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. 

I was wondering if any of you would be willing to join us on for some parts or all of the of the cycle...

On 8 May we'll be leaving Bective Rangers, Donnybrook at 7:45 and heading to Athlone.  At 5pm we'll be doing an "Extra Mile" cycle from Athlone Springs to Curraghboy National School (about 10K).

On 9 May, we'll be leaving Athlone Springs at 10:30 and cycling to Dexcom Stadium (in advance of the Connacht v Munster rugby match). As part of the cycle we'll be having a  "Last Leg" from Athenry to the Stadium - about 22K.

Last year we (the Sunchasers) an eclectic crew of about 15 (mostly in 40s) cycled from Dublin to Castlebar and raised just shy of 14K, which was split evenly between the 2 charities. We had to go to Castlebar as the match moved...

As an added bonus, this years cycle is also the same day as Darkness into Light..
