Your monthly dose of Yin is back as we begin the summer months. Continuing with the added bonus of 30 minutes & our heart theme :) The reason for the extra time, is to include a gentle meditation without taking away from your Yin Practice, with no extra charge. You can thank me later ;)
Summer is a time to focus on the heart in Chinese Medicine Tradition. The element of Fire. Whether it's to cool down a fiery overactive heart or fire up a sad cool heart. This fiery energy supports us to be more loving and feel more gratitude. We will practice to balance the two through our breath, yin postures such as forward folds, gentle back bends but not forgetting the hips, don't worry. What do you need? A journal if you enjoy writing after you meditation sittings (recommended).
