Lorraine Murphy MA, BA, H Dip
With over 15 years’ experience working in adult education and training, Lorraine is Senior Trainer and owner of Lorraine Murphy Coaching & Training. She is a talented and accomplished Executive Coach, Soft Skills Trainer and Special Projects Consultant who heightens awareness of existing skills & resources and facilitates clients to identify the strategies needed to succeed.
Lorraine has experience of working in several countries and across public, private & SME sectors. Her aim is to create a safe environment for professional and personal development, and then to offer powerful support and direction so that real results are achieved.
As well as her work with Business Managers and their staff, Loraine has led several initiatives in the field of developing the competencies of Women in Business / Female Entrepreneurship and was awarded the Global Essence Entrepreneur Award 2015.
Lorraine is an accredited member of the Association for Coaching, Irish Institute of Training and Development and is formally qualified as a Trainer in Mindfulness Therapy, and holds an MA Adult & Community Education, a HDip Adult & Community Education, a BA Hons Applied Languages and a Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching.
Jo Collins of Sales Performance has over 25 years experience in sales and sales management.
Jo worked for 20 years, in numerous roles with Independent News & Media. For 8 years she enjoyed the position of Group Sales Deputy Director, with responsibility for print and digital sales, while leading a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
She now works as a consultant to various Companies to grow their Profits, by introducing Effective Processes and Structures for their Sales Teams. In addition she coaches and mentors sales managers, on how to be an effective leader and achieve results through their teams.
With over 25 years experience in Sales and Sales Management, Jo believes that the most competitive advantage any company has is its people. A great leader will inspire their team to dream big, learn more, do more and become more.
Jo’s approach to business growth, is very practical, and she shares techniques and tips on what has been successful in her previous roles, and what has worked in developing her own business.
Her experience in both the corporate sector and as a business owner has given her the opportunity to experiment with many techniques, so she knows what works. She engages with the material she teaches on a daily basis to build her own business and only recommend strategies that deliver results.
Specific to Sales Performance’s delivery methods are empathy, action, and engagement.
