join us for an intense afternoon of training with all proceeds going to the HDKI Ireland squads journey to Japan 👊

Training will be split over 3 hours with 4 instructors Teaching throughout the day.

We plan to have a diverse look at all aspects of karate with each instructor providing a unique insight to their own ideas and training principles.
