Spring is a time of renewal, awakening and new beginnings. Nature is slowly unfolding – and we too are given the opportunity to gently awaken our bodies, souls and energies.
In this Yin Yoga workshop, we connect with the qualities of spring, paying special attention to the liver and gallbladder meridians, which according to Eastern philosophy belong to this season. Longer-held, passive poses help to dissolve winter stagnation, support the free flow of energy and create space for letting go and the birth of fresh intentions.
