There is an energy that works through this sacred plant, often called Mama Cacao, which helps you feel deeply present, relaxed, compassionate and connected to your heart. The cacao I share is Keith’s Cacao, sourced with integrity and care from Guatemala.Drinking ceremonial cacao allows any healing work to go deeper, opening you to creative ideas, intuition, and guidance from your higher self.Your experience will be guided by the intention you set for yourself. Whether you’re seeking clarity, loving energy, peace, joy, or inspiration. 🫶🏻What makes Cacao so special:Anandamide: Known as the “bliss molecule”, derived from the Sanskrit Ananda meaning happiness. It supports feelings of love, joy, and contentment.Theobromine: Naturally uplifting, it promotes dopamine release and enhances focus, helping you drop more deeply into meditation and creativity.Cacao is also rich in magnesium, iron, calcium, antioxidants, and other nutrients that make it one of the world’s most nourishing superfoods.Ways we can connect so you can find out about more events like this:Instagram: the.lightpracticeTiktok: @the.lightpracticeOr visit my website https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events7/banners/ee37a3e0-c6ff-11f1-b689-9594e1faa8b2-rimg-w1200-h600-dc080808-gmir.jpg - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/dundalk/soul-sessions-cacao-breathwork-meditation-blackrock-co-louth/100002000009712890 - **Event Categories**: health-wellness, meditation, art, literary-art - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 2 hours - Location: Zenergy Yoga Studio - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 38.52, max: 38.52, currency: EUR ## Event venue details - **city**: Dundalk - **state**: LH - **country**: Ireland - **location**: Zenergy Yoga Studio - **lat**: 53.8973403 - **long**: -6.3892238 - **full address**: Zenergy Yoga Studio, Main Street, Dundalk, Ireland ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Soul Sessions: Cacao, Breathwork + Meditation | Blackrock, Co.
