Showing the Business Value of Learning

Showing the Business Value of Learning

Join us at the Alex Hotel on Wednesday, 30 January from 8am to 9am for the first event in our new 'Rise & Learn' event series focused on showing the business value of learning in your organisation.

Showing the Business Value of Learning

As organisations fight to recruit and retain talent, developing people has become critical to business success. Organisations need people who can continually adapt and learn in rapidly changing workplace environments. As talent development becomes key to future survival, senior management is paying close attention to learning and development activities and its impact on business outcomes.

At this event, we explore how to:

Use data effectively to demonstrate the business value of learning

Map learning analytics and business intelligence to business KPIs

Measure the RoI of learning

Gain internal buy-in for increased investment in learning

Use data visualisation and storytelling to show success

Outline a potential model for future development

Event Format

The speaker, Peter Gillis, from the Learnovate Centre in Trinity College Dublin, will present the latest thinking from our research on demonstrating the business value of learning in organisations along with case studies of companies who are succeeding in showing the impact of learning and development in their organisations.
