Sheelagh Finn 25km or 50km Charity Cycle
Sheelagh Finn aged 60 from Seabury in Malahide lost her battle with cancer last February. Sheelagh loved to cycle and was a regular participant in charity cycling sportives's. Sheelagh was also very active in fundraising for a number of charities. One charity close to her heart was CASA, (Caring And Sharing Association). Sheelagh's link to CASA came from her use of their services for her son Patrick. CASA's aim is to develop friendships and provide respite and social outlets for people with disabilities. They are unique in that they work with and support people with all disabilities – physical, sensory and intellectual – of all ages and from all backgrounds. It goes without saying that the demand for their services greatly exceeds their volunteer capacity. CASA is looking for a van in reasonable condition to help with collections for their charity shops but have no funds to buy one. Funds raised from our charity cycle will go towards the purchase of a van for CASA. Please support by registering to cycle 25km or 50km through our Facebook page or Eventbrite or by donating. Thank You.
