These training sessions will follow the 2019 Swim For a Mile 12 week training programme, helping you gain your confidence and fitness in the water this year!
We have limited spaces available at Sean McDermott St Swimming Pool during the Tuesday evening (8pm) and Wednesday afternoon (3pm) sessions, if you would like to book a space at either of these sessions please register for the dates you wish to attend training.
