Say goodbye to the couch!
This 8 week course is for complete beginners – and when we say complete beginners, we really mean it, couch potatoes are especially close to our hearts! We start you off with a gentle walk/run method, running just 1 minute intervals and slowly, over the weeks, we build this up gradually so that by the end of the course you’ll be running for 30 minutes nonstop.
What’s even better is that you will actually enjoy running! This is our main aim – to show you that with the right approach, you can learn to enjoy exercise and make it permanent part of your life. Included in the price is weekly emails full of information, motivational tools and other tips.
