RISE & GRIND is a four week fat loss program for men & women who are looking to get there arse into gear and improve their fitness. Our main m.o is to incorporate EPOC ( excess post-exercise oxygen) so It's not your average Fat loss class. We imply HIIT, Tabata, strength & conditioning.
