A Wednesday night 90-minute retreat. Nidra spoken by Rachelle. A deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga practice, followed by a long Nidra to connect, align and revitalise. Understanding the vibration of Slow as we sink into winter time cosiness.
Nidra, otherwise known as "Yogic Sleep", allows for a dreamy, nourishing body exploration. Rachelle will provide soothing sounds as we explore slow awareness of body, mind, and being.
