The purpose of this workshop is to deliver easy to apply nutrition for fat loss and optimizing health.You will learn about what macro and micro nutrient are, their impact on your health and their importance for those looking to lose weight.

We will cover simple nutrition, portion size control and timing of food intake for sustainable and make weight loss easy.

A brief overview of other topics such as the role of supplementation, foods to eliminate, gut health and why you aren't able to lose weight.

 This workshop will be led by Jeanne Le Bailly, Strength and Precision Nutrition L1 Coach.

She is herself a Type 1 Diabetic who has an extensive knowledge in Nutrition and how to optimize health and how to lose weight in a safe and sustainable way without drastic measures.

 What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking onsite.

The nearest train station is: Connolly Station (about 6 minutes walk). Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk to the studio.

What can I bring into the event? 

Notebook and pen. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your place to someone else.
