Eight 2 hr weekly sessions
Guided instruction in a variety of mindfulness practices
(Body Scan, Sitting & moving practices)
Gentle stretching & mindful movement
Group dialogue & inquiry/reflections after practice
Who Am I ?
My name is Alicia and I have been practicing Mindfulness for over 10 years now. I completed my Mindfulness Teacher Training with The Mindfulness Association UK. I am excited to bring the benefits of mindfulness to you, and also to reveal the wonders & beauty of being aware in our bodies. I invite you to take this curious journey with me, and too hopefully be a cheerful & wise signpost along your path.
