As nature blossoms into the fullness of summer, this meditation journey invites you to do the same.

Blooming Into Fullness is a gentle yet powerful 4-week programme designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release inner blockages, awaken your confidence, and express your authentic self more freely.

Through grounding practices, chakra awareness, energy healing, fire activation meditations aligned with the Summer Solstice, and deep soul-guided journeys, we will explore what it means to soften, expand, and truly allow ourselves to be seen.

This is a space to nurture your inner world, reconnect with your voice, honour your emotions, and bloom into greater alignment, confidence, joy, and self-expression.

? Mondays in June: 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
? 8:15pm – 9:15pm
? The Iona Centre, Knocklyon
? Also available Online via Zoom
? Early Bird is €60 (available till the 24th of May)
After that the full price of the course is €70.
