November 23rd would have been Kelly's 40th Birthday, and we will be completing a partner workout, as she loved working out with her friends:

11 rounds w/ Partner:
23 Back Squats
19 Box Jumps
85 Plate OH Flutter Kicks
40 Cals Machine (of choice)

All are welcome to this event, and coaches + experienced athletes will be available to help newbies scale the workout appropriately to your skill and fitness level. We will be accepting donations for the family and our charitable efforts towards mental health.
