This cycle is an attractive challenge that will be on quiet country roads getting to experience what makes the Irish countryside a unique and wonderful place.
It would be difficult to find a route with as much historical significance along its route. From the recent history of the border to the mesmerising 5000 year old Newgrange burial chamber, from the Swords Castle to the wonderfully preserved medieval streetscape of Carlingford, from the Battle of the Boyne to Drogheda’s St Laurence’s Gate. Along the way there are wonderful little roads with views of the coast and mountains popping up as pleasant surprises.
We arrange the cycling groups and route to best suit our cyclists. This year we have an extra challenge route to suit the more experienced cyclist who is seeking even more of a challenge.
